Inflatables are fun!!
But there are some rules to keep safe. Please read & follow the below in order to ensure your safety and undamaged return of our equipment.

RULES
YOU must supervise the use of our inflatables and related equipment while they are on your property.
Do not allow any dangerous activities or improper use of the inflatables and related equipment.
Once delivered and set up, we can not offer refunds for issues caused by weather, loss of utilities, acts of God or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our units are NOT WATER SLIDES! Please don't wet them, spray them, water them or add liquid to them in any manner., It makes clean up very difficult (so much so that we will have to charge an $85 drying fee if you do, and nobody wants that!)
If the unit is damaged as a result of misuse or failure to follow safety rules or procedures we have to charge for that too, so please, follow the rules and use "common sense".
NO FOOTWEAR of any kind other than bare socks or bare feet are to be utilized on the rental unit.
NO JUMPING onto or off of the walls, slides, or tops of any portion of the rented unit.
THINGS TO KNOW
DROP OFF / PICK UP TIMES
We will work to best accommodate your event times when we schedule drop off and pick up times. However, we prefer an early morning drop off to allow for deliveries, and pick up at dusk to to have light for cleanup.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is made at the time of the drop off and is only accepted in cash. Failure to have the full payment in cash at the time of drop of will result in cancellation.
RENTAL CONTRACT
A rental contract will need to be read and signed by the responsible party at the time of the drop off. A copy of the contract will be emailed to the rental party at the time of the reservation.
